Clutch and Shellz have both played the server for a long time and are very aware of the rules, and are not breaking any with what you have reported here.

This is not against our rules for Operation Locker. It is a legitimate spot and both players know this.
 
96% of servers consider it a glitch in the game, which is why I also thought it was prohibited. If you do it I won't get banned
 
I was up there and also told you multiple times it's allowed. You can climb up both sides so not really a 'glitch'
