Additional comments LadyDeathTT and myself have been watching this player and we are suspect of possible cheating/hacking.
 
I don't think he is using any kind of cheats. I only watched your first video and if you look closely, most of his kills are actually when someone else is also firing at a player. When he goes one-on-one with a full health player, he dies most of the time. I played against him and I can tell you that about 7 times out of 10 I take him head on. His issue is his ping which is at 144, but not stable and fluctuates to over 200. You can see in a video at 1:45-1:56 when he kills running Dovashkiin, he shoots behind him. That is the result of DICE's brilliant idea of adding "lag compensation". His bf4 cheat reports and bf4db.com stats are extremely average. Out of 20 reports, I saw him cross 20% accuracy threshold only 3-4 times. Otherwise he is between 14-20% which is not a great stat. His dmg is also relatively low for the weapons used. What you're seeing and assuming to be cheats is most likely caused by his crappy connection to the server.
Just wanted to add this to save admins some time researching this guy.
