Did this happen the entire round or just for that spawn? This does just happen sometimes. It is a little different if people are making this happen and exploiting it.
 
I've seen this happen on many occasions and is usually just a visual glitch.
 
I've heard this is deliberate exploit.
You guys don't know of it? You lower your hit boxes but move normal.
He is crouched and strafing normally.

I've seen it plenty of times before, only once on him that game.
 
This one is just a visual glitch. Happens all the time. Hitbox remains the same.
