Might need more context here, like how is he glitching - and can you post some proof of said glitch, perhaps a screenshot or better yet some video footage?
 

He's putting C4 on the wall in a specific spot to kill people through the ceiling/floor. This clip's from 5 days ago.

For future reference, please start a new thread for each player. Its gets messy with multiple people on one report. One person taken care of. We will have to discuss the C4 placement issue internal.
