Additional comments I believe this is Gunslinger917.
Evidence
1. Both from Derby, England. Very small playerbase, only 2 players from that location currently.
2. The reported account has had 2 names. The original being "sheetslinger37". Very similar/referance to "Gunslinger917" ????
3. No overlapping gameplay. According the 247fairplay's battlereport history. The banned account was abandoned after the ban in December. The reported account began playing in January.
4. Very high / similar stats. What are the chances of two god tier players from Derby.
5. If you have access to full chatlogs I think you will find them quite similar. Very anti-american and often talki g about 5v5s.
Curiously the banned account no longer exists. You can see their stats here.

But when you go to their profile there is no soldier. I suspect they had EA support transfer the game to a new Origin account.
