The picture you provided doesn't really clear up any follow up questions I might have, like were you shooting out of the uncap when he killed you??

Ideally some video footage of you spawning, then getting killed for no reason is what we generally look for when enforcing the "attacking uncap unprovoked" rule.

No. I do not have any programs that record while I play, but you can see from the screenshot that I was standing in deployment, facing away from any potential enemies, and waiting for the LAV to spawn. From the server logs can't you tell I was not shooting at anyone? Attacking uncap unprovoked has gotten really bad lately. The server needs more admin presence.
