Pilots and drivers do not choose gunners. I'll make vids on them on all. Here is Karayaii. I rightly spawned as a gunner multiple times and was not given the chance to play. He finally takes off and does the classic die quick so they can attempt to spawn in again.

of course they behave when you're there lol. Problem is rife. I have files on most of them i'll clip together as im tired of the sever being ruined

Side question - are players allowed to make deals to not attack each other? We are increasingly see our pro atk heli pilots make deals to not target each other during a game. JeffreyHarrell and |justin|| (or whatever his new name is) being amongst the biggest culprits.

I've seen a 3 day ban for that before on there..

it is a lie, absolutel lie. Few days ago i didnt know about griefing rule and when player didnt get out when i asked i crash heli like we do usually because we used to "pilot chooses gunner". Today i didnt break any rule, nobody even wanted to fly heli in our team except me and my pilot and Nerograpes and ScottishBattleAx were in opposite team. I killed their squad a lot so Nero went mad and just wrote "still doing the same sh!t" without evidence and i got ban. I red rules after warning and obey.
