Probably because we as admins might possibly be busy with other real life issues (work, family, @St. Tru the Sardonic and his furry parties, etc.)

I will say this, at TBG we strive to answer these player reports in a timely fashion; however given that the nature of our work is purely on a volunteer basis, we tend to prioritize the real life issues ahead of anything else.

All of that aside, the player has been dipped with a note to appeal.
