C4 glitching isn't allowed, so I would assume shooting through the door isn't either.

You're assuming that every player knows you can shoot through that door.

If someone is C4 glitching at B stairs, by your logic, you too can run downstairs and kill that person, so is that person still considered exploiting a glitch? My understanding is this server doesn't allow C4 glitching, so I don't see why shooting through the door should be allowed as well.

Your comparison to "C4 Glitching" is not right. Two totally different things.
