Colorful stats. K/H extremely high on majority of weapons
 
Kill/Hit Ratio isn't something that is generally influenced by skill and so you see very little variation. Check anybody out and they'll have most of their K/H stats White (assuming they've used them for a decent amount of time). But almost all his weapons with over 100 kills are coloured. I've never seen anybody even close to having stats like those.

There is one other possible explanation and that is that he might play Hardcore servers, since people have 60% HP that would result in Kill/Hit Ratios that would be flagged on 247fairplay since the bulk of their data comes from Normal mode. I didn't see any Harcore servers in his recent servers or favourites though but that is limited data to go off.

Does TBG GameMe not track the Hits? It would be an incredibly useful stat to have in this situation (and others).
 
If you look at what weapons are high... shotguns and sniper rifles. I don't think we have enough for a ban. I also feel that these numbers are very doable.
