Offense committed Locking on and shooting into spawn out of spite

Any additional comments? Video starts with him mad somebody shot him in a tank so he decided the best course of action was to shoot into our spawn even though the incidents are unrelated. At 0:30 he states hes going to shoot into spawn as we spawn pre-locked. He attempts his first igla before we even lifted off. At 0:40 you can see the indication of the lock coming from our spawn side. at 1:00 you can see him standing on the building facing spawn ready to shoot the transport chopper.
