Player in question never scanned for targets, always locked-on to the center mass or head of enemies, and locked on to players hidden completely behind smoke and hard cover. Stats from recent matches are several times higher than the player's average, especially K/D and accuracy. Account has only 40 hours played.
In the video, look for aim snapping at 1:45, 2:22, 4:40, 5:15, 6:00, 8:05, 8:37, 9:30, 9:50, and 10:10.
