Offense committed Glitching - Flying and submersing hovercraft

Please provide evidence can be anything from circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos. Have video, just no idea how to share it.

Any additional comments? Flying and now submersing the hovercraft. when submersed he can cap a flag and can not be killed

I second this, he was doing this on the Nansha Strike map for the whole game last night. Not sure if it's ban-able, but it annoying AF.

To add to this he sunk it to the bottom of the ocean and was joining different squads to have people spawn on him, then they would die before they could get to the surface.

I'll ban him later unless someone beats me to it as he has taken it from something fun to an exploit.
