Offense committed Jet ramming

Please provide evidence can be anything from circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos. Unfortunately non this time either, but this time he was on my team I saw him putting slams on his attack heli to ram others. The other team was complaining about getting killed by jet rams by him. He was already banned yesterday on another server but looks like he hasnt corrected his mistakes
