My life went straight from 100% to 0%, he he's damage hacking no doubt about that, only one bullet kill.

Yes his stats don't show anything, that's why i took a vid to prove it, and an other vid would probably show the same thing.

For me it's perfectly clear i dunow how you can't see it.

I agree with Fast, one kill really isn't enough evidence nor are his game stats. I'd recommend popping into spectator next time to see if you can replicate this time of clip on multiple occasions. If you do get more video evidence, please open a new report player thread.
