Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.

Evidence: This player is using the "zouzou jump" to his advantage. When asked about him glitching he said "yes" in the chat log and defended it as a means to avoid bullets. This player was also running to the exact location of players who haven't even shot on the map yet.

There isn't much you can do about that glitch people do it on accident. I don't know how easy it is to do if its easy well its going to be hard to stop. If its extremely difficult then there might be a helping hand in there. A head admin will need to make a decision.
