Right off the bat his battlelog stats are pretty fishy, skill of 730+ with only 111 hours played... plus he consistently gets a high K/D ratio in every game I've seen him play in. Even top tier players who are legitimately good have bad matches sometimes.
Threw his name into Fairplay as well, seems that he also has multiple accounts, which is another red flag (why does he keep making new accounts?).
Besides that, caught him saying some rather nasty things about Brazilians in the chat, don't know if that counts as racism but I'd like to bring it to your attention anyway. You can check the chat logs if you want to read into it more.
