Good lookin out r3s1du3. I shared your video with NWI so hopefully he gets a gameban soon.

In the future also submit cheater reports @ http://support.newworldinteractive.com/new after sharing them here. That way [hopefully!] they get completely removed from the game.

NWI recommends typing status in the console while recording but your video should still work since the Steam profile URL is visible @ 0:59. But I think the transparent console with the Steam ID is harder to 'fake' so that method is generally preferred.
