Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
Evidence: In 9 minutes of play on metro he got 41 kills, 38 of which were headshots while playing on a team that got utterly destroyed. I noticed he would headshot me through smoke, from very long range with the magnum, while jumping, etc and every single time he killed me(6 times) it was a headshot, which you can check on his TBG stat page.
Here is a screenshot from his TBG stats, emphasis on the one round of metro he played on your server with 93% headshots.

Note that on your stats page, hit/kill and headshot percentage are switched for some reason.

While I don't think it's impossible to get that headshot percentage on metro in some cases, I certainly don't think it's possible to do it at 4.55 KPM with a 20.5 KDA when your team is getting wrecked.
You can also see on his cheatometer page he has a number of suspiciously high hs/k percentages.
