Sort by K/H and note the extremely high values. On metro when I first encountered him he 1 shot me from full health multiple times using the g17c, which he has a h/k perecentage of 79.55%, which is 4.22 times the average value.

Above is a report from another metro server that very obviously proves he's using damage mods. First off those stats are absurdly high which is already very suspicious. 90 G17c kills on the losing team? Give me a break. You can tell for sure he's using damage mods because has 162 kills and only 209 hits when at least 110 of those of those kills are from guns that take on average 4-5 hits per kill. If he were legit you'd expect around 500 to 600 hits from that number of kills.
Shouldn't really need much more proof than that.
