Comments his ping was steady at around 250-350 . It made him very hard to kill as he was stuttering all around and he killed me multiple time due to the fact that he was jumping and lagging all over the place.

there were a few other players with pings in the range of 250-350 but I do not remember their names because I was not killed/affected by them.
