I dont know if this is a glitch or not, someone else would have to comment on this.

He does visit our site frequently and reports other players I would be surprised if this was a glitch and he was knowingly do it

That is a legitimate spot where you can be killed and kill from.

There is a glitch to this, but not in a true way that benefits anyone.

While it is inaccessible from the water, it is accessible by aircraft; however, the minimap shows an out of bounds indication while in aircraft.

Nothing stops you from taking him out with a little bird.
