Evidence: If it is possible, review chatlogs from the server at this time. You will see him being rather accusatory . You will see other players mentioning that he is doing this. They will confirm this

There's whining and shit talk. And then there's actively disrupting gameplay intentionally for your team mates in a temper tantrum. In my experience this is the latter of the two. And removing this player would not only maintain enjoyment of your current contributing playerbase. But also send an example to discourage similar incidents in the future.
