Query

So either my video card is going or its another issue with my pc... Random freezes... My cursor will stay the last shape of whatever it was last hovering over... i.e. a pointer for normal... the finger for clicking on text links.. the I for highlighting text... the normal stuff... and Ive also had my screen go black with the "no signal" message on my screen... any ideas?

Do you have another video card that you could toss in temporarily to see if the situation resolves itself? That way you can narrow it down better.

or if your motherboard has integrated graphics use the port on the mobo and see if you still have the same issues.
