I have uninstalled and reinstalled punkbuster and it keeps kicking me for punkbuster on the all maps server. any help please

VPN usage would also kick you from our servers. And high ping. Just a couple things to add on top of that. Also for some reason ( for me at least ) I need to have the actual punkbuster program running on my taskbar while I load into our servers.
