Problems on .. air maps only conquest

I have a terrible time with this server and it seems so do other people. Especially on parcel storm.
I have trouble connecting when it is full or close to full. Then sometimes when I die it goes to a plain white screen and I have to go to task manager to shut the game down. When I was on it today people were having a hard time spawning. I don't' have trouble on any of the other servers just this one.

Just went back to join another server and that server is down to 13 people, I am no tech guru but I do believe something isn't quite right.

now there is a big message on the opening screen for BF4 about people having trouble spawning.
