Pearl Market + Best Infantry High Ping Kick not working

Pearl market server High Ping Auto kick not working at all, 15-25 % of the player are +190 ping.
 
what hours??? from what matt has said they turn off high ping kick at night....and 190 is nothing....was playing with people running 300 pings the other night in ALL RUSH
 
Most servers were set 200 for years So I believe it’s working if you see other plugins working then it is. Can’t Check Procon right now to confirm
 
@Matt(FAST)....do these ping limiters turn off later at night??? really have been seeing people way over 200 at like 2am on BF4....
