Non racial word in sentence

Hello. First I would like to thank TBG for keeping BF4 alive in the Americas. I typed a non racial word in chat and was banned from the TBG Silk Road 24/7 server. I would appreciate it very much if you could lift the ban and allow me access to the server again.

That may not be racist but it is still derogatory, which is not allowed on our servers. This warning scrolls through the chat quite often. In addition, your repeated hackusations in chat were also not allowed. Our other servers are open for you to play on.
