currently running a GTX 690 that Balls was kind enough to hook a brother up with back in the day, Still runs nearly all the games I have, but I am looking to upgrade.

I was looking at the ASUS GTX 1060 6GB. what do you guys think?
 
Are you looking to purchase right now? New cards are coming out supposedly this month the Nvidia 2000 series. I'd wait.

What resolution are you playing at? The 1060 would do okay with most games at 1080p but anything higher and you'll need a higher end gpu.
 
I took the hit and went to frys and price matched the GTX 1080, it's all hooked up and ready to rock.

Sure did!! held up like a it's brand new! no issues at all, I was worried about the watercooler, but everything is good to go so far!
