ROME -- Italian customs police have arrested five people in separate drug busts, including two Brazilians who tried smuggling in cocaine hidden between packaged meat slices. Police at Rome's Leonardo da Vinci airport said Tuesday they seized 33 pounds of the drug last week.

Police Lt. Giuseppe di Stasio said officers became suspicious when they found packages of red meat in the luggage of the Brazilian man and woman. Inspection showed small packets of cocaine had been hidden between the meat slices.

In a separate operation, police arrested three Argentines who tried to bring in cocaine in a hidden compartment of their suitcase.
Di Stasio said the drugs would have had a total street value of euro8 million ($10.4 million).
 
I guess putting it between meat slices is quite lame... and hidden compartments are just a fail because they show up on scanners...

I was surprised they had a dog at Boston Logan Intl. when I was coming in the US - sometimes they don't...

I've always wondered how they can catch you (if at all) if you put a package in your ass LMAO... or women in their vaginas :-D... then again the quantity you can transport that way is probably limited - unless you have a big ass or vag LOL. I wonder if dogs can smell it there 005 030.

Then again, I'm going to have to have some severe problems in life before I attempt to traffic drugs, especially through airports.
 
If you were straight Heat, you would not be srprised by that dog in the airport.. :)

I read this to my g/f over the phone and we both said... "sigh... thats too bad" It was funny. Hmmm - good cocaine is the shiznittle. You would be suprised how much cocaine you can fit in your vag or ass! The street value of that little bit - more than pays for the roundtrip ticket. People get caught because they are tipped off. If you don't think for one second there aren't cops out there undercover - helping with the trafficking and convictions of people who traffic - you are dead wrong!
