Wow... pretty serious shit imo.

Kind of seems like the "family / responsible" community just wanted him gone.

Kinda makes me upset. His movies are demeaning as hell to women and have some pedo themes, BUT as far as I know there is nothing illegal in them and nothing that the women didn't consent to.

Hell, there's BDSM operations out there worse than his imo...

Not that I'm a fan, but I have heard of him, from forums or word of mouth or whatnot. Hell, I think he even LOOKS like the devil incarnate, which probably didn't help his case in court either...

Anyway, 1:0 for the morality police.

Our freedoms weather it be fked up stuff.. or talking out are going downhill by the day man. The patriot act was the begining this is just extention to take away more freedoms = (

That judge is pretty stupid. I hope she realizes that she just helped make him a shitload of cash - controvertial publicity breeds sales. So now (even though his content is well known), his movie sales are going to skyrocket on sheer curiosity alone. So I think it's more like 1:1 for the morality police.

If the actors are consenting - who the fuck has a right to deem it criminal? This is just ridiculous. Who gives a fuck if a woman is getting anally violated on film - her choice, and the choice of the consumer to purchase it. It's also the choice of the anti-porn crusaders to not watch or buy it.

The argument that porn degrades women is bullshit. Those women degrade themselves. Women know EXACTLY what they're getting into LONG before there's a huge cock buried in their ass. There are scripts, directors, producers, agents and the notoriety of porn itself - way too many sources of info to cry ignorant. It's PORN, people! it's not a profession that's going to earn you a Nobel prize (although you could win an AVN award).

From an economic standpoint - porn is alot like drugs: distasteful as it may be , it generates hundreds of billions of dollars a year - don't go fuckin' with it. Our economy is in bad enough shape as it is.
