How to hijack a PC through Origin

I was about to say Steam probably has a similar vulnerability and it looks like yup it did and or does since there is often more than one way to skin a cat.

But its not EA. Its software period. Any system not fixed in its ability to do something is highly vulnerable. Operating systems like Windows, Mac OS, Linux are so very vulnerable because they allow the software on them to do a great variety of things with little checking. Software like Steam or Origin allow software and servers to be launched through links without any pre-registering of the link will always have some vulnerability to exploit.

Steam is the very reason EA put this kind of ability into Origin. For all it matters you can blame Valve.
