How long is the ban for racism?

The ban for insulting racism for what time is it? I see a player who was banned from playing, I thought he was forever.

We don't lift bans for racism however players can make new accounts and begin to play again. Once we catch on who they are, we do an IP ban so that they cannot connect.

However, this isn't always helpful as some people change their IP and account.
