Home made drug smuggling submarine

Had me worried for a minute when I saw this thread but this sub is for carrying cocaine, so go ahead blow it out of the water. :)

Wait! Columbia has a navy? Now the world has truly gone to hell. I thought they were all too high to have an actual army much less a navy.
 
I can add to this a bit. This isn't new. This is one of the good subs.

Usually they make these semi-subs, our of fiberglass, and they are sealed to barely float. They don't dive and they don't rise. The bad guys ride inside, and if they get caught they climb out and scuttle the floater.

The floaters ride with a small amount of hull exposed and are very hard to see.
