As long as @x=FAST=x doesn't change all the servers from "ranked -> official", it should mean a major drop of hackers unless they buy a full copy of the game.

With the price reduced, they could get the game easily.
Is a waste of money, but they can make it.

It means they cant create users anymore as a trial . They have to purchase the game again. So the hackers that were coming in vanilla servers after multiple bans won't be able to do that anymore
