Why do I keep getting kicked for High Ping. My ping is 45 or below. Admin F-ing with me???

Its a script that samples your ping several times over a minute, if the avg is over 200ish, you get kicked, it could be you are having a problem with it spiking. If that is your name on all maps, our statistics show your avg ping at 98.
