Good deal for Win7 imo.

I signed up earlier for $99.00 at Newegg for Win7 pro. I think it was better to do it earlier rather than later.
 
i got my free discs of 32bit and 64bit win7 ult. frommicrosoft last night. install went great. i like the toolbar update. some small features make it feel like a highly polished vista. nothing negative to say yet.

i dont see why you would upgrade from vista just yet unless your OS was already hosed and you needed a restore.
