This is the aftermath of a REAL hard landing up by Casey springs at Camp Pendleton circa 1974. Note where the blade sliced through is where the crewchief stands to control the ramp. They had dropped off a bunch of grunts and were practicing touch and goes in the hills and the crewchief was up by the pilots or he'd have been killed
