I noticed some people do not have the proper toolbar option for their post replies. So this is what you do: Go into your User CP then go to Edit Option Under Settings & Options. Scroll at the way down till you see miscellaneous options "Message Editor Interface" There select "Enhanced Interface Full WYSO blah blah editing.

And then you can have this

Just don't be a goof about it :)
