Hello folks. I like to monitor your ban forums usually have some funny stuff. My son frequents your server to fly so I had a question. One of the bans was involving someone who was attacked or was following up on a air attack. He followed the jet into the uncaps. My question is if someone attacks you in air and retreats to uncaps are you not allowed to continue the dog fight? Do you have to stop attacking once you get into that uncap? Sounds like bad pilots or some people could take advantage of that just to not die. But if that's so I need to pass that onto my son.

You may pursue players into the Uncap. Do not attack assets that have not left the ground/uncap.

Hey @Bungied2theTree, I rarely frequent the vehicle maps but just to clarify...... Once a dogfight has commenced you are able to pursue and continue the dogfight even if one of the combatants high tails it back to his uncap airspace, right??

Absolutely.

The Uncap attacking rule is designed to stop players from griefing the other team's assets. Examples would be sniping pilots as they enter aircraft, destroying aircraft as they spawn, flying into the enemy's uncap and taking their air assets, blasting armor with air vehicles before it has even left.

This protection does not apply to Anti-Aircraft vehicles that are sitting in the uncap attacking the enemy, snipers sitting in uncap hills, enemy mortars or UCAV-alry, or an enemy retreating.

once you leave the uncap in an aircraft you are free game. no matter where you are returning to or flying from.

the only airspace restriction is attacking the uncaps before anyone leaves it, aircraft included.

if you have any questions feel free to refer to our rules section, it's laid out pretty easy there ;)

Hope that helps!

Caution should be taken when in pursuit of another aircraft into a hostile uncap as the AAA is pretty good at ruining your day.

Fly safe.
