Does EA have software available to the public that allows them to run ranked bf2142 on a dedicated server.
 
Every server provider that runs ranked BF2142 servers needs to have be an authorized ranked service provider. EA only gives this out to select GSP's (Game Server Provider). So, to answer your question, no :(.
 
There are some people that have servers at there house as long as they can have a static IP for the server or the box itself and a certain amount of bandwith at all times. Dont hold me to this though. I do know that a [TAT] member has the actual server box in his house and its ranked. He also has a T1 connection to it and a separte T1 to his gaming pc. It is a higly possibitlity that its hard as hell to get it ranked now.
