[BF4] DICE already killing parts of BF4 off.......

Well when people are turning off commander mode I guess that's what happens. I'm sure most people's gripes were with the gunship but turning off commander mode got rid of that. Personally I liked the gunship although I know how it can feel being on the receiving end.

At least they're doing things the community is actually interested in now. Like this community map project. Seems like we could get a pretty fun map out of it. I'm probably going to have to get a bigger SSD for that. With my current game loadout there isn't enough space.
 
I hated most Commanders as they would frequently drop supply crates on me.
 
I doubt DICE had anything to do with it. They have to have funding for their developers to maintain the app. When evaluations come up and EA asks for app usage statistics they look at it and say no more development. They could keep it around a little while longer but the moment it breaks they have to pull it.
 
Commanders were nice, but yes the app going away is a bummer. I loved it - great to play while on the shitter.
