I figured I start a thread about this cool game. Please post good websites or any pertinent info here.

Best weapons fritoz and i found so far are the gem launcher (leaf blower+gems) and the cement plate thrower (cement saw + dishes)

Just by having this item in your inventory, you'll increase any healing item's effectiveness by 100%. Basically it means that a single canister of orange juice or a coffee creamer can fill up all of your health in one go.

In the Yucatan Casino there's a German sausage restaurant called Baron Von Brathaus. In the restaurant is a bar and on the end of the bar, right near the rear kitchen door, is the magazine. Equip it and never let it leave your sight.

Its easy to find.


Ive heard a lot about restarting the game and you get to keep all your shit and stuff but had no luck every time I do it I start from scratch.

Ghosts 'n Goblins knight armor




Collect all four pieces of the knight armor to reduce damage taken to half. However, if you lose 50% health, the armor will break and you will take normal damage in your underwear. The armor pieces can be collected as follows:

Drill Bucket
Bucket + Drill
It's a metal bucket with a few drills taped to the outside, pointing in. Slam it on a zombie's head and the drills will make short work of its melon. Yay!
Fountain Lizard
Lizard Head Mask + Pipe
Toss a Godzilla-looking mask on a zombie and it'll wander around, spewing flames at nearby buddies.
Beer Hat
Bottle of Beer + Hard Hat
Portable heath! Unfortunately if you drink too much you'll start vomiting. Less unfortunate: Zombies can slip on the vomit.
Heliblade
Toy Helicopter + Machete
Zombies are attracted to the noise-making helicopter. Too bad there's a giant, head-cutting blade spinning on the top of it. Set it flying and let it go to work!
Electric Chair
Wheel Chair + Battery
Don't worry, you won't be sitting on it. Mixing a normal wheel chair with a battery lets you push the chair around, zapping zombies as you roll past them. Great for clearing a crowd.
Super Slicer
Servbot Mask + Lawnmower
Unlike most Servbot masks in "Dead Rising 2," you can actually wear this one! It's got a lawnmower blade attached to your head and you can charge at enemies, taking them out with gusto.
Tesla Ball
Bingo Ball Cage + Battery
I'm not quite sure how you pick this up, but it's an electrified ball that zaps any zombies that wander past it. A ball of Death, if you will.
Burning Skull
Bull Skull + Motor Oil
Putting a bull skull on your head and charging around is ok, but it's nothing compared to setting that same skull on fire. Trust me.
<center>BONUS: COMBO VEHICLES</center> Combo vehicles require that you unlock the motorcycle trailer in the campaign. This can be accomplished by completing the mission, "Here Come The Contestants."
Chainsaw Motorcycle
Motorcycle + Chainsaw
A standard motorcycle, with the useful addition of two chainsaw blades acting like wings on either side, slicing anything you drive into.
Machine Gun Motorcycle
Motorcycle + LMG
By sticking a light machine gun on the front of your motorcycle, you're able to clear the road of any potential danger. Bullets are way better than headlights, anyway.

I don't have an exact location for all the magazines. I posted where the best one is the health mag 2. though.

Here are the gambling ones.

There are three gambling magazines that you're going to need before you start making cash. The first is in the Royal Flush Plaza book store. The second is in the Palisades Mall bookstore. The third is in the back of the Shamrock Casino on the Silver Strip. You can grab all three right at the beginning of the game.

Second Game Lvl 35 and up only magazines. Why? Cause its to many magazines to carry at once if your not.

I cannot stress how import magazines are in this game.

Okay here is the best inventory I think, its a lot of magazines but you have a lot of slots

1. Leadership mag- for escorting survivors its a must, they are brainless without it, with this mag they fight better and follow you and never get caught by zombies.
2. Health book 1 and 2, having both makes anything you eat basically 150% more powerful, so fills you up completely with health.
3. 4 wheel drive mag this makes your hummer virtually indestructible. hen you can drive wherever you want outside and run them bitch ass zombies over every 50 kills is 500xp.
4. All three gambling mags, win 1million bucks every 10-12 minutes at the slot ranch casino big slot machine.
5. Even with all these mags at lvl 35 and up you still have room for two weapons and food. You only need one food in inventory with both health mags. Instead of caring 4-5 pieces of food and taking the time to eat them all while not getting bitch slapped by zombies is hard. SO eating once saves a huge among of time and effort. Keep these mags with you at all time.



Since this is a lot of mags, before I face a boss or a psycho I go save drop all the mags right after the save point except health book 1 and 2, go load up on food and have at least 3-4 weapons handy. You will never have to go to another area meaning (load spoint) to beat a psycho, so drop your mags right after the save point near the psycho then go after him. Psycho's are very very hard. Even with two people. I just started to be able to beat them by myself above lvl 35.

The tastes like chicken psycho is the hardest one Frit0z and I have faced, he heals himself quickly and will lay you out left and right with his dumb as frying pan.

When teaming up against a psycho or boss, one person needs to attack while the other one finds food and weapons, if you both get close to the boss your more likely to hit each other than hit the boss. Also if one of you is killed the other one can be out there looking for food to revive you. If you have health 1 and 2 in your inventory you are revive to 100% health automatically after revived. If not you only get like 3-4 bars depending on what food your partner revives you with. Alcohol is the worst health food you can eat, pizza, chicken, milk and orange juice are the best.



I image once you get to lvl 40 and higher you get more inventory slots.

Right now I have both the sports car and the hummer and the bike with the bike maintenance trailer. To get the bike maintenance trailer you have to kill that guy that tries to run you over at the beginning of the game as soon as you leave the royal flush mall. In the trailer you can customize and paint your bike and but chainsaws on it.
