I reached another milestone tonight. I scored my second hat trick ever in adult league ice hockey. This is my first hat trick after my heart attack four years ago. I got the game puck and will be giving it to my head cardiologist on my next visit. And yes... it says "Cowbell" on the back of my jersey.

Also... I get asked about the Cowbell thing every now and then. The nickname stuck when most of the staff at the Greensboro Coliseum only knew me as that Cowbell guy after I wore a cowbell around my neck to every ECHL hockey game. (I had season tickets for many years.)
