Clarification on server rules

Hey TBG, didn't know where to post this, I guess here is as of a good place as any. Few weeks ago you banned two of my friends, one for stream advertising/recruiting on servers (https://www.tbgclan.com/threads/reporting-a-player.54939/) I have seen many people post their twitch in the chat even when admins (fast and joel) are present and never seen anyone ban for that, the recruiting part also doesn't make sense because he does not belong to any clan/group. Then a few days after that you banned my buddy Quick (https://www.tbgclan.com/threads/ban-appeal.55116/) saying he is bullet, I guess they shared accounts last year so, but anyone can see their latest IP's are geographically different. So what gives?

PS. I have searched the forum and checked the server rules and there is no streaming rule anywhere?

I am not going to dive into Bullets ban as it involved more than just advertising his Twitch. His chat interactions were reviewed by multiple admins & founders of TBG and all agreed with wasn't acceptable. His ban will not be lifted.
