Don't know if you know this or not, but he can still be banned even if he isn't on the server.

Ummm... I guess I wasn't to clear. I was playing on our bf3 server and I banned him, probably right before this post was made...

After I posted, I realized you probably meant "he's gone" as in "I just banned him", not: "he's gone - left the server". I took it to mean the latter and was just pointing out that as long as you knew his name, he could still be banned, doesn't actually have to be in the server for bans to work.
