Banned Without Reason

I was banned for no reason today. I play on the TBG skirmish server almost everyday and know 2 of your members well. Jollygreendino and shrimp from AKH. I was told that there is no ban that he can find. The ban occured a few seconds after killing jev. I dont want to point blame but the killing seems to be the influnce because i always follow the server rules.
Please help fix this,
