I do not mean to cause troubles...please read.
Come on guys, why no one would like to understand my position?! It is very weird that knowledgeable adults would not be able to understand what I said. What I was trying to say is something not even remotely racist or bigoted. It is something along the lines of:
Someone belongs to group A says "lets kill people from group B because it is written in our book". And then me saying, "Wait...some people added such and such about killing those people from group B". It is in no way racist. It is merely a correction of a historical fact.
What is so hard to understand about this? I do not get it. I would be OK with banning me for saying something along the lines of "F#&^% J%#"". Yes, that is probably racist. It is used in a derogatory remark. And that can be easily understood. So, that is totally bad. But if someone says "I like Jews because they have large number of noble laureates in comparison to the overall number of Jews." then that is a good comment. My comment is a neutral statement .... it is in the middle of the bad-to-good spectrum. It was about stating a fact, nothing else. I did not want anyone reading my comment to have more love for Jews or even less.
I do understand why you would put this in the filters. But I was hoping that when I explain the situation, admins would understand. And you should not punish people for simply using a word. For example saying "Muslims are followers of Islam", or "Christians are followers of Christianity".
Please reconsider for that I am not hater.
One last thing, I know this is a gaming server and is not a good place to discuss such things. It was a single error in judgement, that I would never do again.
*** if there is something that you think I do not understand, please let me know. I am a person who is willing to listen and I do correct my attitudes when I feel there is something wrong.
FYI: Causing trouble during your ban appeal may extend your ban to all our servers. You've been warned.
And again deliberate slurs will NEVER BE LIFTED including any attempt to troll or test the filter. We dont care or why. Our house our rules! The rules and punishment in the server are very clear. Only false positives or legit context will be lifted. yes
