I have been banned from BF4 TBG Metro server for being with the MAV in a place only it can get because it flies, while the soldiers don't. The accuser called that place a glitch, but as well as jumping out of the window of the 2nd floor to get to the inner area is not a glitch, that place is also not a glitch. It is part of the map, and while a soldier can't get there or destroy the drone by shooting while it is there, another MAV can get there so it is not unfair, only strategically more complicated to destroy a drone there. It is also easy for a soldier to shoot the MAV before it gets in there, but soldiers don't care much about the MAV usually. Anyway, I don't believe the ban was fair. Let me know if I need to make a video explaining how to access the place in question so it can be further judged.
