And again deliberate slurs will NEVER BE LIFTED including any attempt to troll or test the filter. We dont care or why. Our house our rules! The rules and punishment in the server are very clear. Only false positives or legit context will be lifted. yes

I guess I am not entirely sure that it is a ban but whenever I join a TBG server, after a few seconds it kicks me and shows this message.

That's a connection issue with PB(super common). I'd recommend doing a clean reinstall of Punkbuster and it usually fixes the problem.

To be honest, I have no idea what Punkbuster is, I assume it's an anti-cheat thing. How do I "reinstall" it?

Yea, it was EA/Dice's anticheat they put into the game. Try this:
